Service or no service, pay you must of **** you

You dont get srvices from rain, but you should pay, they say you pay for services not usage... well i cant ****ing use it, becoz there is no ****ing service. I swaer rain is run by the ANC.

I dont get signal, even ot says my area has rain. I stoped paying coz im paying for a non existing service. It says month to month and if you dont pay you dont get service, so pay or dont pay there is no service the bill just get bigger and bigger.

It must be run by tue anc coz this rain is a ****.
