Service not provided

I’ve been trying to use one of the two Sim cards delivered to me yesterday having been confirm as plug & play without success. Today reached out to rain for support earlier today at 13:25 on reference number **********0 and promised that “one of our agents will get back to you soon” however still stuck to this point without any communication and/or support from RAIN.
