I’ve been trying to use one of the two Sim cards delivered to me yesterday having been confirm as plug & play without success. Today reached out to rain for support earlier today at 13:25 on reference number ***0 and promised that “one of our agents will get back to you soon” however still stuck to this point without any communication and/or support from RAIN.

If I now have to go through all the steps you’re mentioning now it means that the information you guys provided was incorrect and misleading when you said your Sim cards are plug and play.
The steps you outlined are not applicable on my phone, below is how my phone menu under settings look like.
