Service Levels Very Disappointing.

Rain worked amazing the first month. The last few days, the internet goes from working 100% to "Connected with No Internet" several times within a few minutes. I can't function like this.

I've tried calling - phones don't work. I've left messages on social media, I get little to no response. I see other people have been complaining about the same over the last few days, but every publicly available comment is "We have sent you a DM/private message".
