Service levels of Rain

Bad service levels, high monthly rates, awful call centre often based in Philippines! . My internet was cut due to "insufficient funds " However funds were available, they didn't debit bank card, they didn't notified, their app did not allow me to eft, no notification whatsoever, in general a very low quality I would say unacceptable call centre. No supervision, no call back but a lady from Philippines called me ....but no outcome. This type of companies operating in the customer services sectors should be ....punished. Every interaction with Rain is such a disaster !
