**** service, Legal Action will be taken!!!!!

The WORST customer experience I have ever received!!!!

It has now been 6 weeks since I logged the cancellation of my 5G rain internet. I cancelled it on the same day I received it, 23/24 February.

I still don't have my money, and I'm still being made false promises about escalation timeframes and this and that!!

I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR *** SERVICE TO ANYONE!!

Give me my damn money by 8 April, end of Business, or I will be taling legal action. That is not a threat, but a promise.
