Service is Useless

My Rain internet speed went from 17mbps+ (download & upload) to 3mbps if I'm lucky. It's impossible to get any work done with this service. I emailed customer support through the Rain website (ref# ***) on January 29 & I'm still waiting for a response (you promise a 24 hour turnaround time) - I've email Rain three times since then & still no reply. I spent R500 this past week on data from Cell C because Rain is useless at the moment.

Please let me know if you plan on responding to my mails or if I should cancel this service. I also expect a refund on the data I bought from Cell C.
