YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST!!! So you sell me the Rain 101 offer. It gets delivered on the the 30th of July. NO WIFI since then. Yet you were very quick to deduct the money and yet I have no Wi-Fi!!! I have been calling ever since then and your support call centre staff either drops the call or make promises to sort this out: 1st of Aug Ref no. ***6 2nd Aug Ref no. ***2 & ***2 3rd Aug Ref no. ***2 5th Aug Ref no. ***2 6th Aug: Waiting for Advanced Technical Department to call back 7th Aug Ref no. ***2 People I spoke to at Rain recently: Rakash, Efona, Swapi I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND COLLECT YOU ROUTER AND SIM CARDS!
