Service is extremely poor. None of the consultants and managers seem to understand how their billing system works. They are unable to make a simple payment arrangement to settle 50percent of an outstanding debt. It's been 7 days, and counting, they keep promising that someone from billing or a manager will make contact to help, but no one ever makes contact
