**** service, horrible signal

Worst service ever!!!

I started a complaint on the 25th May…. They dont give a dam at Rain…. For a massive company like this their best response is “please reset your router” but when payments comes… oh that day they work…. Then they know your contact number, then they know exactly how to get ahold of you.

People dont be fooled!!! They dont work, you dont get the speed they advertise…. I have evidence of this… no matter what time of day it is… 1mbps is all we get…. It is horrible…. rain South Africa dont care about customers….
