**** service from rain.

On the 23rd of December I cancelled my 5g simcard with rain because it never worked the following Wednesday they collected the router, today is the 12th of January and they don't reply on my emails regarding my refund. I never used the data or anything. Everytime I must call they logged a request but nobody gets back to me. It's is bull**** and so frastrating... They so quick to deduct money but bad service when it comes to satisfy the client.
