Service

I never actually compliment Rain. But this was the first time I got really good service FRom malachi one of the support agents. I had requested that last month my Rain one bce canceled which did not happen. I requested another call today and when the Malachi called he explained the product and also advised that he will assist with my billing query as well. He has also escalated that request for service to be activated where as last month no one could assist. Rain should hire more consultants that put the clients needs as a priority and that gives such good service. Please could my escalation be handled
