Service failure

Been waiting since Tuesday for rain to come back on my refund, sent them the proof of the double payment because of their system and I keep getting different responses but no confirmation of my refund. I was told this morning they are having technical issues escalating my query

This is ridiculous how should I know which 1 it is I went on the rain app and made a promise to pay. The system than gave me an option to pay and I made a payment for 1000 than the system said error. I than restarted the payment and 1000 was taken however both 1000 payments went off on my bank account I sent you guys the proof from my bank and I was told the refund for the second payment will be made to me now I am being given the run around

The promise to pay was for 25 September, so why was I told I would get a refund. The payment issue was a system error caused by your system. So now you are ****ming me instead of refunding my money

Your system cause me to make a double payment. It’s fine I will escalate this matter. Your system gave me an error during payment stage and I am being penalised. It’s fine ICASA
