Service Excellence to Kholofelo

I have been a Rain customer since 2021 with a 4g package and in August 2023 upgraded to a 5G package. From August 2023....the billing has always been a nightmare having to call in every month so that it's adjusted. This has been a very frustrating as its been a monthly struggle and at times when calling in I would struggle to get through like last Friday. I'm I decided to call today and on the phone there was a very friendly and very helpful Rain representative by the name of Kholofelo. She assisted me with such high professionalism and even when we got cut off she called me back and assured me that my enquiry will be resolved today as this has been going on for the longest time without getting help.
