I would like to commend Thumbha Tshungu Mthombeni, one of your client service consultants, for the excellent service he provided me in trying to resolve the issues experienced with the plan migration on my RAIN sim. The level of service extended to me was excellent. In an era where exceptional customer service excellence has virtually disappeared, his commitment and attention to detail should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate.
