SERVICE DISCONNECTED WHILE I AM NOT IN ARREARS

I requested a link to pay a PTP amount I have due. My subscription is due on the 1st of every month. After requesting the PTP link and making payment, my service gets suspended until I pay the FULL PTP amount and subscription on the 31st of August.while there is still 3 months left on the PTP and subscription is due 01 September.....HOW is this possible What kind of service is this???? I am left talking to AI via WhatsApp and I am told I am in arrears when I am not **** SERVICE while I work from home and is left without wifi and chats via WhatsApp is now blocked for 2 hours You are not the cheapest service providers, I think it is time for me to move on, I have been happy for a long time BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

This is so frustrating and there is nothing I can do for the next 2 hours, only to then get the same responses via AI.
