Service delivery failure

My internet has been down since the 13/9/2020. I reported this on the 15/9/2020 as I assumed it was normal network issues initially. Since I have made numerous request for assistance to resolve my issue and to date no one took me seriously even after advising them that I will escalate the matter. Email communication below and 3 calls made

Good day

Very disappointed as to this point my service is still down and no one making the attempt to contact me and resolve this matter. I was advised that the matter has been forwarded to someone who would resolve thereafter some management would contact me regarding no assistance and still no assistance. Kindly add some urgency in the matter as this is becoming frustrating. I wasted 45 minutes on two phone calls trying.
