Service delivery

Failing to understand why the cancelation process is so many hoops and doesn't get solved. I've been promised call backs, email communication, being hung up on, escalations and still nothing from rain. It's not rocket science to cancel a product really. Rain is disappointing and hopeless with its Custer service.

I have not been contacted by any of your consultants. I have made numerous calls and still being promised a call back that hasn't happened. If I was assisted I would not being g waiting for a cancelation email or call from Rain. None of that has happened. If an email has been sent please present it to me because I don't have it in my inbox.
