SERVICE DELIVERY
My Network is always slow but quick to make a debit from my account . They hire people from India to give us service in South Africa . How do you expect someone from India to assist you while your in RSA ? Communication level is poor , they always telling you one thing as if they are robots and some are failing to give reference for our calls .

02 Feb 2023, 16:08My network is always down , even when I'm home or not at home . And one of you agent from India couldn't verify me . Why are we being serviced from people outside our country , while they can service in their own country as well . I needed someone who can speak South African language so he/she can understand my query but worse i get someone outside RSA .
