Worst experience ever, stay away from Rain. I last used rain I’m 2021. Cancelled the subscription and all. Suddenly on the 25th October 2023, they debit my account. I send an email to support, no response. I call again beginning of November 2023, the agent says I never cancelled. Fine I don’t dispute, I ask that they cancel it. They debited my account again today!!!!!! 03 January 2023, I called and the agent confirmed that they have received my email requesting a cancellation and the one I logged during the 2nd call. I told her I want a refund for both months and she said the billing department will decide whether to refund me or not. Whattt!? This is ******ion. I cannot keep paying for a cancelled subscription that I do not used
