Service complaint

The service that i have been promised from this company was pathetic. I was promised delivery of my router since wednesday i have been going back and forth with network issues since i started using the service if this is how they treat there customers im disgusted that the one agent who promised to follow uo failed to do so. Im going to take this matter legally because this as unacceptable

I expect my delivery done today of its not done i will take this further
