Service complaint

I'm fed up with the service I'm getting from this poeple firstly they don't have a contact number where customers can call when there is issues. I bought a rain sim card paid for R479.00 package, to date I have not seen any value for my hard earned cash as their sim cannot be Rica'd or activated the online Rica system is pathetic you get to a point where they require you to take a video for verifying that you are human and nothing happens as you will be stuck on that page until you are blue. I tried emailing their customer support desk to no avail only promises that someone will contact me within 24 hours and dololo till now. My customer reference number is ***. Can someone help me please or at least let them refund me my money then.
