Service cancelled but account still debited
Horrible service. My cancellation was confirmed early Jan 2023 yet they debit my account end of Jan and again today. I don't understand why I got debited. I would not recommend rain to anyone. They are too good to be true. Rather stick to the reputable service providers

I'm not happy with the service received. I didn't make provision for the debit that was taken today. This service is not acceptable. Rain does not communicate, how come your billings department does not communicate to advice of outstanding payments.
It's unfair and I will not be returning to rain anytime soon. The same thing happened to a friend of mine and yet 2 months later she was still billed.
Can I ask that you remove my card details from your website and deactivate my profile if another debit goes off my account I will definitely escalate to the ombudsman
