Service beyond our expectations!!

We had some internet issues; we weren't sure what it could be. We reported it on Tuesday morning and within a few hours received a response, and surprisingly, the technicians were at our house about an hour later, sorted out the issue, waited and made sure we tested all our devices... absolutely amazing!! Service way beyond our expectations!! Well done!!
