VERY TERRIBLE service from Rain internet company! They have refused to refund me despite the fact that the internet was not working and I called Rain internet customer care the next day after the Rain 5g device and sim were delivered. I complained about this to get a refund, but they never refunded me! It has been 2 months now (since July 2022) and I have been making several phone calls to Rain internet customer care but still no refund! The reference number for this incident is ***.
