**** Service and no help from no one
Order the new 5g wifi with Huawei 5g cpe pro device. Got it this morning, inserted the sim and did all the **** that needs to be done. Nothing.... Checked and rechecked everything still nothing. Try getting hold of someone at Rain and nada. They don't respond to phone calls, emails, facebook msgs not even twitter!!!!! I am really starting to regret that I sighned up with you all! U are so quick to take money but after the payment is done you don't give a **** about the customer! Phone me please

How long will this be taking as I have to now buy more data as the one that I have paid for with Rain is nit connected! I have already log 2 support tickets for someone to get back to me, sent numerous msg on facebook and twitter and still nothing!
Its just really sad that I had to pay first and nothing on pro-rata so that one can see how good or **** the service is with Rain.
Seriously regretting that I signed up with Rain ????

Month end I will not pay a sent and I will phone my bank to reverse the payment I made already (and that for something I cannot even use) until this is sorted!
