**** service and no calls at rain

After turning to hello Peter, a friendly consultant finally helped me and they managed to sort my account out - but as I had paid extra for February and was told that if I paid for a new account I will receive my funds for February back as that account was cancelled... and once they collect the router it'll be processed however almost 2 days later I am trying to call and nobody is answering and I haven't recieved my refund either...they need to wake up and create a ****** system that actually works and take clients calls !!
