It become alarming and concerning the level of competency people working with rain, I have requested my rain network cancelled and the SIM cards and I even gave address for collection of the device. Rain keeps calling me demanding for nonsense money wanting me to pay for service I never used after which cancellation process have been discussed. I really don’t understand who the hell on this earth pay for service not used rain can’t even provide me with records saying I was activated for the period been asked to pay for. Today now they sending me email stating they have handed over to an attorney to collect the money I don’t know which money am owing them. It very shameful the level of incompetency and foolishness in nature wanting to rob me in a day light which will never happen and I will make sure i circulate this fruadulent act of rain to all possible social media
