**** Service All Round

I have been a customer since 2019. Never had a problem. Due to fibre issues in my area... checked with rain if 5G works at my address. Answer was yes. Worked super awesome for the first month. The past week, it has to be the sh@ttest service provider. They cannot get the service @ their Blackheath tramsmitter to work effectively... spends more time down then on. Call the number and then I must speak to someone in Mumbai whose best advice is to turn the router to face a street I dont know where it is niether does she. How the flying fish are we supposed to get somewhere with service like this..... highly ****ed off!!!!!
