I have been trying to obtain an ITC number from Rain since January 27, 2025, which I need for insurance purposes to replace my device. Unfortunately, I have been passed around from department to department. I’ve called, emailed, and am constantly told that the "contact center will call me back," but they never do. Instead, I’m told that my ticket has been closed or concluded without any resolution.
At the time of the theft, my phone only had the Rain SIM card in it. It's truly concerning how quickly they are to debit my account, yet they are incredibly indifferent when I, as a paying customer, need something they should be able to provide.
Had I known the service was this poor, I would never have signed up in the first place.

It is beyond my understanding how it takes over 7 days to assist a customer when in need but when it's time to debit the clients account - you're prompt and unapologetic.
