absolutely terrible service from this useless company and their courier company. i was promised delivery within 3-5 days. on the 5th day i made arrangements with rain to have their courrier deliver because i will be going away and i urgently need the sim card for work purposes during my travel. it was agreed and on the day of delivery the courier calls to inform that they might only deliver on thursday. Mind you i made the order on the 7th. i regret ever giving this company my business. I need my refund or any sensible person in this pathetic company to call me and tell me whats going on. ***
