I wish there was a 0 star rating. My internet hardly ever works on weekends. Week days it goes back to normal. I went on holiday 2 months ago. I only paid half the bill because I needed the line to be inactive. Even when I phone you people you still deduct money. You took money off my account for a month my account was suspended. How do I pay for an account where it was suspended. This isn't a contract is pay as you use and any changes need to told to customers. A manager old me if I go away I can call into suspend my account but it was only introduced recently. Did someone tell me that? No. So when I go away I leave my account suspended until I get back then I pay for the amount outstanding and not for the month the account is suspended. You make changes to you packages without prior notice. You make changes to your terms of service without prior notice and you expect people to just pay for a **** service that they don't use?
