I ordered rain on the 8th April ,it was delivered on the 13th April and after plugging it,it wasn't working so I called,i was told it will be activated within 24hours but they are forwarding my details for emergency activation,i called again today its been more than 24hours but they still can't help me,one says its still scheduled for delivery on Thursday the 16th but I already have it with me,the other one said they will forward my details again there is nothing they can do to help,now I am sitting here with a paid product that is not working,I am really disappointed with rain and I regret choosing them
