If it was possible i would rate them no star at all nothing i got this rain Router last Wednesday from the first day it never worked i called their not zero rated number and i was told about a tower not working from there i have logged multiple tickets with their robots on whatsapp no assistance no feedback nothing the upload speed went from 2MbpS to 0still thus far no assistance their so called IT specialist cannot what the issue is they cant pick up my details from their side mins you i am a very new customer but i already have a bad taste in my mouth with regards to their service i would never recommend anyone to sign up with them for a router that i am expected to pay R650 i expect the best service but no what is am getting is worse
