I am trying to understand what part pay means at this point because you guys advertise part pay and advice to pay before our next payment date, my payment date is on the 1st of every month so why am I currently disconnected?

Yes, you gave me the option to part pay which is 239,50 for the past month and the rest of that amount I need to pay before my payment date which is 1 July..(where I will have to pay full amount for June) right now I am owing a part payment for May I do not understand what you guys are saying honestly
