Absolutely terrible service!!! The same reason why changed my service provider a year ago. I cancelled this service because there was none. Returned their device and thought that was the end for me. After a year of not engaging with this company. Last month I logged into my rain account after ages to get my invoices for tax purposes. I find they billed me for 4 months. A day later after downloading these documents i find myself being handed over to a debt collecting company . After 3 call requests im still waiting to resolve this. Because the joke is the only line you can call directly is for SALES! Day light *******.
