Very *********** company requested I to cancel my services for 2 months and to this day that hasn't been done last month they called me that my account is outstanding by a months premium which i was gna make an arrangement to pay then they debited me for 3 months which I requested to be cancelled due to connectivity/network issues in my area so I'm being made to pay for something I didn't use for 3 months which is **** basically........ I regret joining rain
