I have called and sent emails to your organisation multiple times to report an issue I have with my router as it randomly reboots or turns itself off. I have no electrical issues not have I dropped or spilled anything into/onto it.

Quite frankly, I am unimpressed and **********ly dissatisfied with the lack of care/interest that your consultants have in assisting your clients.
