Your service is *** mahn, I am in the insurance industry and sometimes some clients will tell you that they don't do business over the phone and I never understood that until today. I paid for Rain one a long ass time ago but here we are 5 days later am still waiting. I am now forced to buy data on a daily because of your incompetence, you guys don't even bother to check what is happening with my order. Deliver my **** or give me back my money so I consider other options.

05 Sept 2024, 23:47Hi Rain, I am still waiting for my order guys. Your courier was supposed to deliver today between 08:00 and 10:00 in the morning but I was told He went to the wrong address.On top of all that nobody bothers to call Me to update me , I had to use my own airtime to call in and find out what was happening. Now am using my own ****ing data to reach out to you. You guys are the worst ever , your service is surage seriously.
