I honestly do not know what is wrong with this service provider and its agents. The agent that just called me was so condescending and spoke to me like I was 2 years. And of course I lost my cool. When I took rain I was told that if I do not pay I do not get internet coverage since it’s not a contract but they say I owe R1600 and they will hand me over . Luckily for me I work at a law firm and I will sue them.
