I cancelled my account two months back,last month end September was expected to pay for both accounts and I pay.now My internet has been closed since Thursday,when I logon the app it says I am in arrears.when I check my account I need to pay double the amount R1088.I paid the double amount of R1088 even last month and I won’t pay that amount again this month. I am blocked from the call centre it just say I need to pay and wanna know how much is the rain 5g, As yourl say 5g it is R559. I’ve never missed payment.this is **** no response on emails,calls and no internet nxa can’t even watch rugby.I’m just paying for bull****.

I had device with rain and cancelled the one end of august and it was collected 1st week of September. So why should I be paying R1088 instead of R559
