The service is **** they dont call back ever they will only call you back if its for sales. We have asked and requested numerous times for our delivery address to be corrected but they can even do that simple change. But they very quick to take money from your bank account. Very disgusted

Hi so i received my device on the 08/05/2024 @13:00 and today i still dont have network and it takes 24hrs so i called and was advised that the reason the wifi is not on is because its not yet delivered OMG THIS COMPANY IS SUCH A GREAT COMPANY BUT WITH *********** EMPLOYEES. I WANT THAT ROUTER TO BE WORKING TODAY STILL I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS NONSENSE THEN EVERY MONTH END U TAKE UR MONEY EASY OR WILL U STRUGGLE TO DO THAT TOO I HOPE
