Seriously, what the hell RAIN

Well, wouldnt even know how to start. July 2022 - Pop up - went to sign up for promo - system off line - "dont worry we will call you when we back online" August 2022 - finally get a call, promo no longer valid as ended 31 July, thats fine, I still want 5g. Give the address and Im told they will come to me - no body showed up at appointed time. August 2022 - register online. Purchase 5g + router September 2022 - nearly 2 weeks after purchase and still no router September 2022 - finally receive router, sim does not work September 2022 - sim swap - arranged. Doesnt work. Told maybe its the router. September 2022 - arrange for a call at 6pm when i am home so technician can help me over the phone - doesnt call at appointed time September 2022 - my home is broken into and the router is ****** September 2022 - phone rain to report break in and loss October 2022 - after a number of calls to support, have to sign an aknowledgement of debt formfor R4000 and payment was made (paid for something that didnt even work in the first palce) October 2022 - numerous call regarding an invoice for payment made for router October 2022 - new router and sim is delivered October 2022 - sim not activated October 2022 - call made to support to activate sim October 2022 - still no call back November 2022 - Been on hold for 25mins Finally get through to someone, now I am being told there is a problem with rica on their system. And still no invoice! Agent says she is sending it to me now. Get the email, no attachment - Great!

But they have sent me the bill for R499.99 for this month and I have never even used it yet. Fantastic!

Seriously, what do i have to do to get this to work.

I chose Rain as I thought this is great its simple, just insert sim and plug in. Nope. nope .nope.
