Seriously rain, I believed in you!
Okay so I gave rain another chance,I was with them years ago. Now some very concerning things are already happening 2 weeks in.
My invoice is a mess,some odd outstanding card authorization payment went off, now I'm not a difficult person but this is not on! An extra R500! What the hell rain,called,emailed everything, still no answers. I had so much trust in you guys, now I will not refer anyone again.
Very disappointed!
Even if the actual internet is good, the billing is OUTRAGEOUS and unacceptable. I need answers.
