Seriously????

I initially took out a R479 month to month subscription with Rain and ever since have i never paid the subscription amount i am today sitting on a bill of R602 coming from where i do not know. I called back and forth no answeres were given. A email was sent to me from Steven Konyana saying for the month of feb my payment was not received NB we are now at the end of April if this is true why continue my service for the entire month of March???? Rain ******* service provider i am very unhappy no one must ever consider this **** provider!!!!!!
