Seriously!!!!! After complaining about payments im still struggling with payments.

So here we go again.... still having issues with my payments... this time round i get notified that there wasnt enough money in my account so the debit order bounced, while having more than enough made available for the debit order, cant make a payment via the app nor the website... requested a call back 2 DAYS ago and still nothing. This is seriously becoming a circus... every month the same issue with the same lame excuses... FIX IT!!!
