Serious complain about rain
The name should be Rain promises!!! Since i had the rooter installed, I exprienced endless problems. When I spoke to them or mail them, they promised to attend to the problem immediately- NOTHING HAPPENED. I lost a client last week and need to.complete work tonight after rebooting the rooter how many timed. I spoke to an agent last week who merely said to me move the rooter around till you get a better connection!!!!! I sm not brainless. Rain needs to solve this problem immediately I.lost a retainer of R9000 per month due to incompetency. I was told the tower is problematic!!!!.

11 Sept 2023, 20:51No, but absolutely no response from Rain. Lost a retainer of R9000 and once again could not work this afternoon snd night. I am going to follow legal route. I want a credit fot thid month. Disgusting, nobody called- evident of their so called professionalism
