September Invoice!!!!!

This is ridiculous guys. I'm still having an issue with my September Invoice. All I'm asking is for someone to email me my invoice as I'm unable to generate it from the website, it just hangs. I'm able to generate invoices for other months, it's just the September one. Someone advised that they emailed it to me but the email was blank, no attachment. You guys really don't care about your customers. I've spoken to so many call centre agents who keep telling me that they will escalate the matter. It's 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting........
