Seems like good value but No after sales support

This company provides no after sales services I have been trying to get help to get service up since the 15th of January, due to no assistance have opted to cancel my order.

Requested cancelation on the 29th of January and still (02/03) nothing has been done.

They are quick to deliver but have absolutely no after sales support, this has been a **** as j have paid R1439 over the passed three months for no service at all

Stay away from them

This seems like a standard template response.

I have still not received communication from Rain and a correction to above I sent cancelation request on the 20th of January.

Absolutely no service
