Second time unlucky with rain.

Do we have to write a review on hello peter in order for rain to take its customers seriously. I mistakenly ordered a sim and paid for it on Monday and I immediately contacted support multiple times to have the order cancelled as I already had a sim, 4 days later no response from rain and I get a notification from the courier company that the sim is out for delivery. This is ridiculous service!
